The essentials of daily living, delivered with warmth and dignity — and with a difference no ordinary agency can offer: our carers are backed by a clinical team. They're trained to notice the early signs that something is wrong, and when they do, a nurse and a doctor are one call away.
Is this right for me?
A relative needs help with washing, dressing or meals
Someone is managing at home but needs a helping hand
You want carers backed by a clinical team
You're not sure whether you need personal care or nursing care
This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.
What can we help with?
Help with washing, dressing and toileting
Meal preparation and support

After your visit
Care is reviewed and adjusted as needs change. Because personal care is backed by our clinical team, any health concerns are escalated rather than missed.
We provide this service across Lurgan, Craigavon and surrounding areas. Some surrounding locations may be available depending on the service, travel requirements and clinician availability.

Booking for someone else?
Yes — a family member, carer or authorised representative can contact us to arrange this for a patient, provided the patient consents. Many of our bookings are made by a son or daughter for a parent.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between personal care and nursing care?
Personal care covers washing, dressing, toileting, meals and companionship. Nursing care covers clinical tasks — observations, injections, medication administration, wound care and clinical monitoring. Many people need personal care with occasional nursing input, and because our carers are backed by a clinical team, we can arrange both.
How much does personal care cost?
It depends on the visits and frequency you need — call us and we'll give you a clear quote.
Can we start with a small amount of help?
Yes — we can start with occasional visits and increase support as needs change.
Are your carers supervised clinically?
Yes — carers are backed by our clinical team, so health concerns are escalated to a nurse or GP.
