Sometimes what's needed isn't nursing — it's a hot meal, a tidy house, a lift to an appointment, and someone to talk to. Our home help visits keep the household running and the person connected, and give family carers the break they badly need.
Is this right for me?
A relative is lonely or isolated at home
Someone needs help staying independent, not just housework
You want regular friendly visits for peace of mind
You need occasional practical help around the home
This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.

After your visit
Visits are reviewed and adjusted as needs change, and family are kept in the loop. If we notice a health or wellbeing concern, we can escalate to our clinical team.
We provide this service across Lurgan, Craigavon and surrounding areas. Some surrounding locations may be available depending on the service, travel requirements and clinician availability.
Not sure if we cover your area? Call 028 9621 1981 with your postcode and our team will check — or see Areas we cover.
Booking for someone else?
Yes — a family member, carer or authorised representative can contact us to arrange this for a patient, provided the patient consents. Many of our bookings are made by a son or daughter for a parent.
