Important — this is not an emergency service

This is not an emergency service. If the patient has severe difficulty breathing, severe chest pain, is unconscious, has signs of a stroke (face drooping, arm weakness, slurred speech), severe bleeding or is seriously unwell, call 999 immediately.

What can we help with?

  • Injections and medication administration
  • Observations (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen)
  • Post-hospital monitoring
  • Wound checks and simple dressings
  • Catheter care
  • Blood tests where appropriate
  • Clinical monitoring for long-term conditions
  • Escalation to a GP where needed
Not sure a nurse visit is what you need? Call us — we'll help you choose the right service.

What happens during your visit?

Tell us what's needed

Call us with the request — from a GP, family or care home — and we'll confirm what the nurse can do.
