No queues, no parking, no waiting room — and no results left unexplained. Our phlebotomist takes your bloods at home, an accredited laboratory processes them, and then the part that matters: our clinicians review every result and explain what it means, with a plan for anything abnormal.
Is this right for me?
You can't easily get to a clinic for blood tests
You need monitoring bloods at home
You want a private health-screen blood panel
You're recovering at home and need follow-up bloods
This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.
What can we help with?
Routine monitoring bloods
Private wellness and screening panels
Follow-up bloods after illness or hospital
Medication monitoring where offered
Not sure which test you need? Reception can record what's been requested, but which test is clinically right is decided by a clinician, not by reception.

How much does it cost?
Home Blood TestVisit £100
£100 is the visit charge: a trained phlebotomist comes to your home and takes the sample. Laboratory test charges are separate and depend on the panel you choose — we confirm the cost of your tests before booking. A GP review of the results can be added as an online GP consultation (£55).
Delivered by: Nurse or Phlebotomist
Visits included: 1 × phlebotomist visit
Typical duration: 15–25 min
After your visit
Results are returned to the requesting clinician and released per policy. If you booked standalone, add an online GP consultation to have a doctor review and explain them. With consent, results can be copied to your NHS GP.
We provide this service across Lurgan, Craigavon and surrounding areas. Some surrounding locations may be available depending on the service, travel requirements and clinician availability.
Not sure if we cover your area? Call 028 9621 1981 with your postcode and our team will check — or see Areas we cover.
Booking for someone else?
Yes — a family member, carer or authorised representative can contact us to arrange this for a patient, provided the patient consents. Many of our bookings are made by a son or daughter for a parent.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
£100 is the visit charge for the home visit and sample collection. Laboratory test charges are separate and confirmed before booking, and a GP review of the results can be added.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
For some tests a request is needed; for private panels it isn't. Call us and we'll confirm what's required.
Who explains my results?
If you'd like a doctor to review and explain your results, add an online GP consultation (£55). A standalone blood test provides the result without GP interpretation.
How quickly do results come back?
Turnaround depends on the test; we'll tell you the expected timeframe when you book.
What happens if something abnormal is found?
We recommend a GP review so any abnormal result is explained and acted on appropriately.
Can results go to my NHS GP?
Yes, with your consent.
Do I need to fast?
Some tests require fasting — we'll tell you when you book and offer a morning slot.
