Not everything needs a visit. Our online GP consultations give you 15 minutes of a doctor's undivided attention by video or telephone — ideal for follow-ups, discussing results, medication queries and deciding whether a home visit or tests are needed. We'll even help older patients get set up with the technology.
Is this right for me?
You want quick medical advice without leaving home
You need a follow-up or to discuss test results
You have a medication query or need a repeat private prescription
You're not sure whether you need a home visit
You're helping an elderly parent who finds travel difficult
This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.
What can we help with?
Medication reviews and queries
Discussing test or scan results
Follow-up after a home visit
Minor illnesses and general advice
Sick notes where appropriate
Deciding whether a home visit or tests are needed
If the GP feels you need to be physically examined, we can discuss whether a home visit is more appropriate — so you're never left without a clear next step.
