Wounds heal best with expert, consistent care. Our nurses manage surgical wounds, leg ulcers and pressure sores at home with modern dressings, photographic progress tracking, and a direct line to our doctors if healing stalls or infection threatens.

The nurse visits as often as the wound needs, using the right dressings each time.

Need more than this visit?
Wound care often sits within wider recovery support:
We provide this service across Lurgan, Craigavon and surrounding areas. Some surrounding locations may be available depending on the service, travel requirements and clinician availability.
Not sure if we cover your area? Call 028 9621 1981 with your postcode and our team will check — or see Areas we cover.
Booking for someone else?
Yes — a family member, carer or authorised representative can contact us to arrange this for a patient, provided the patient consents. Many of our bookings are made by a son or daughter for a parent.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a GP or consultant referral?
Not necessarily — call us to discuss. For some complex wounds we may ask for information from your existing team to plan care safely.
Do you supply the dressings?
We can advise on and, where possible, supply the dressings your wound needs. Tell us what is already in use so the nurse arrives prepared.
