Hospital physiotherapy ends at discharge — but recovery doesn't. Our physiotherapists continue the work at home, where it matters most: your own stairs, your own bathroom, your own kettle. Goal-based programmes rebuild strength, balance and the confidence to live independently again.
Is this right for me?
You're rebuilding strength and mobility after illness or surgery
You've lost confidence on stairs or getting around
You want to practise in your own home, not a clinic
A relative needs physiotherapy but struggles to travel
This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.
What can we help with?
Mobility and balance assessment
Practising stairs and transfers
Personalised exercise programmes

The number of visits depends on your goals, condition and progress — we'll be honest about what's realistic.

After your visit
You're left with a programme you can continue, equipment recommendations, and a clear picture of your progress. With consent, we update your NHS GP.
We provide this service across Lurgan, Craigavon and surrounding areas. Some surrounding locations may be available depending on the service, travel requirements and clinician availability.
Not sure if we cover your area? Call 028 9621 1981 with your postcode and our team will check — or see Areas we cover.
Booking for someone else?
Yes — a family member, carer or authorised representative can contact us to arrange this for a patient, provided the patient consents. Many of our bookings are made by a son or daughter for a parent.
Frequently asked questions
What will the physiotherapist actually do?
Assess your mobility and balance, help you practise stairs and transfers, build a personalised exercise programme, recommend equipment and measure your progress over time.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your goals, condition and progress — we'll give you a realistic picture at the first assessment.
Why is home physiotherapy better for me?
You practise in the real environment you live in — your own stairs, bathroom and kitchen — which makes progress more meaningful.
Can you recommend equipment?
Yes — we can recommend aids and equipment to help you stay safe and independent.
