Home Ultrasound

Diagnostic ultrasound brought to your home by a qualified sonographer, with a formal report to your referring clinician.

About this service

Diagnostic ultrasound, without the hospital appointment. A qualified sonographer performs the scan at home, our medical team reviews the findings, and a formal report goes to your referring clinician within an agreed turnaround — urgent findings escalated the same day.

Is this right for me?

  • A scan has been requested but travelling is difficult
  • An elderly or bedbound relative needs imaging at home
  • You want selected diagnostic imaging without a hospital trip
  • A clinician has recommended an ultrasound

This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.

What can we help with?

  • Selected diagnostic ultrasound examinations at home
  • Scans for appropriate clinical indications
  • Imaging for patients who struggle to travel
  • Report to the requesting clinician
Selected diagnostic ultrasound examinations may be available at home, depending on the clinical indication and equipment requirements.
