Well-managed diabetes is quiet; poorly-managed diabetes is anything but. Our home programme keeps it quiet: regular glucose monitoring, medication and injection support, foot and skin vigilance, and the practical education that turns good control into habit.
Is this right for me?
A relative needs help managing insulin or medication
Someone needs their blood sugars monitored at home
Feet need checking, or diet advice is needed
You want support when they're unwell (sick-day rules)
This is not an emergency service. If someone has chest pain, stroke signs, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding or collapse, call 999 or go to A&E. We work alongside the NHS, not instead of it.
What can we help with?
Blood glucose monitoring
Medication and insulin support
Foot checks
Diet and lifestyle advice
Sick-day support
GP review
Practical, daily diabetes management — not just clinical monitoring.
